What we collect and why
When you contact us through the enquiry form, WhatsApp, email or Instagram, we collect the details you give us (name, email, phone, message and any photos of your hair) so that we can reply, give you a quote and arrange an appointment or course. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
Client records
If you become a client, we keep a consultation record (hair and scalp condition, chemical history, allergies you disclose, patch test results, products and settings used). This is needed to treat your hair safely and for insurance purposes, and is kept securely for as long as you remain a client and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Photographs
Before-and-after photographs are only ever published, on this website or on social media, with your separate written consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
Nobody, other than the services that deliver the website and the enquiry form to us. We do not sell or pass on your data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you think we have handled it badly.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies. If that changes, this notice will be updated and you will be asked first.
